He expressed curiosity regarding Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's comments on the Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme and mentioned his intention to discuss the issue with Gadkari upon returning to Mumbai. At a gathering in Beed district's Majalgaon, Pawar highlighted the government's commitment to holistic development and unity across communities, urging support for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming elections. He reiterated the government's dedication to secular principles and welfare for all, regardless of caste, religion, or language. Pawar also discussed initiatives such as the Jan Sanman Yatra and the Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana, which provides financial assistance to hardworking women. Additionally, he mentioned schemes like free girls' education, electricity bill waivers for farmers, and crop insurance for a nominal fee.
